Tatiana Sansaloni
Speech Alive was founded by Tatiana Sansaloni, a bilingual speech pathologist with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours Class I) from the University of Newcastle and Certified Membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
As a mum of two neurodivergent children herself, Tatiana brings both professional expertise and genuine personal understanding to every family she works with.

In Clinic
Our friendly Gosford clinic is a warm, purpose-built therapy space where children feel at ease and focused. In-clinic sessions allow for the full range of therapeutic tools and activities, and are ideal for children who benefit from a consistent, dedicated environment.

Home & School Visits
Sometimes the best therapy happens in the environment where communication matters most. We visit homes and schools across the Central Coast, working with your child in familiar surroundings and collaborating directly with teachers and carers.
